About

Emma Michelle, artist. www.emmamichelleart.com

Hi! Thanks for visiting my site. I hope you’ll find something inspiring because I want to add beauty to your life.

I create vivid, intricately detailed paintings that are inspired by my life. I think and feel things really deeply, and I pour all my energy into my work. But more important than what I do is how you feel when you see a piece of art. Fill your home with lovely works that inspire and energize you.

If you’re curious about my painting process or the life of an artist, then check out my blog, which I’m just getting started. I’ll occasionally write about my adventures in the art world, at shows and in my studio at home. You can even subscribe if you’d like to be the first to hear about my new posts or my new paintings.

If you’d like to see my portfolio, I’m constantly adding to it here.

I also do voiceover and animation work, and I’ll be writing a bit more about that soon.

About Me

I’ve always been an artist, and I’ve always been fascinated by animation. As a child, my family took many trips to Disney World, and I just loved the whole thing. As I grew, I learned more and more about making my own work beautiful.

I graduated from Sheridan College’s Art Fundamentals program, and then I moved on to learn animation and fine art at Max the Mutt Animation School in Toronto, Ontario. I then received a 3-Dimensional MAYA Computer Animation Certification at Seneca College of Applied Technology. More recently, I attended the National Institute of Radio & Television Broadcasting for
Acting & Voice-Over Demo Reels in the field of On-Camera News & Radio and Voice Recording. That was so interesting!

I’ve had my paintings in various art shows, including:

ArtExpo New York 2015

2013 International Art Exhibition
Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, France

Eureka Global Arts Fine Art Gallery Show
Art Gallery of Ontario in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Yorkville Artists Drawing Club Group Art Exhibition
Epique Lounge in Toronto

Eureka Global Arts 7th Annual Art Festival
Toronto City Hall in Nathan Phillips Square Art Fair

I just love being surrounded by other artists and their work! The energy is amazing.

Thanks for dropping by my little corner of the web. If you’d like to get in touch me, you can do that here.
